An Audio-Visual Technician works closely with multiple teams to deliver a variety of events and services across Brent Council, including events at The Drum Wembley. This role involves hands‑on work with the setup and operation of AV event productions, livestreaming committee meetings, digital signage systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, maintenance of AV systems and responding to requests from stakeholders. The role offers the chance to work with modern AV technologies in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a clear passion for audio visual technologies, approaching the role flexibly with a positive can‑do attitude, while problem‑solving and delivering the service to a high standard. The role requires broad knowledge of Audio‑Visual technologies. The candidate will have experience in one of the main AV areas (Sound, Video, Lighting, Networking), ideally within an in‑house venue or AV supplier setting. A commitment to continuous improvement and developing skills in the other areas is expected.
