The Post
Step up as Senior HR Business Partner and spearhead the delivery of top-tier HR services across Brent Council. Partnering with senior leaders, you’ll champion organisational change, tackling challenges head-on while crafting people-focused solutions that accelerate service excellence.
You’ll dive deep into understanding business priorities, build powerful relationships, and shape workforce strategies that anticipate tomorrow’s needs. Plus, with our flexible working approach, you can enjoy the best of both worlds, two days a week working remotely to fuel your productivity.
The Person
You’re a CIPD Level 7 qualified HR professional, passionate about driving real change. You bring proven strategic expertise and a talent for building strong stakeholder partnerships at every level. Leading teams with confidence, coaching with impact, and navigating complex employee relations with ease are your strengths.
You know employment law inside and out and you translate it into smart, effective policies and advice that empower managers and protect the organisation.
