The Post: As an HR Advisor at Brent, you will provide comprehensive, pragmatic, and customer focussed HR support. You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners to provide managers across the Council with advice and guidance, allowing staff to become values-led and coaching our people to be the best. In the Policy HR Advisor role, you’ll be required to work on policy and research, with the goal of developing and implementing HR projects.
The Person: You will be a passionate HR professional who is CIPD qualified to Level 5 or working towards completion. It is essential for success in this role that you can demonstrate an ability to manage stakeholders and take on a customer focus in your work. You will be a strong communicator with good knowledge and practical experience of applying HR policy, systems, and employment legislation.
