Brent Council is seeking a committed Behaviour Specialist to support schools in promoting positive behaviour, inclusion and preventing exclusions. The role covers primary, secondary and alternative provision settings, working with pupils facing SEBD to deliver targeted interventions and improve engagement and attendance.
You will work with schools, families and multi‑agency partners, develop personalised support plans, and help pupils remain connected to education while promoting inclusive education.
