We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to join our Executive Support Team at Brent’s award-winning Civic Centre – right next to Wembley Stadium and just minutes from central London.
What you\’ll do:
You’ll provide high-level administrative support to two Directors in the Children, Young People & Community Development Department. From managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings to handling correspondence and ensuring smooth logistics, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting initiatives that positively impact local children, young people and communities.
We\’re looking for someone with:
- Experience supporting senior managers in a large, complex organisation
- Strong diary management and meeting coordination skills
- Confidence building relationships with colleagues and partners
- A proactive, organised and adaptable approach
- Experience in local government, or supporting elected members or senior leaders (desirable)
The role requires an emphasis on dedication, accuracy and a high level of customer focus for personal and telephone callers, with a degree of initiative to delegate and escalate as appropriate.
