This is an opportunity to join Brent’s innovative Service Reform and Strategy department to champion a test and learn culture and encourage new ideas that improve services for our communities. We are looking for a forward-thinking leader who is not afraid to be bold, embrace change, and drive digital transformation across the council. You will shape our digital strategy and innovation lab, inspire creativity, and deliver new solutions to meet the evolving needs of our residents.
