We are looking for an experience Sales Manager Drive sales growth in the UK&I to work in the Water Treatment market sector by managing the dedicated WT Sales Team.
As the Sales Manager, it will be your responsibility to:
- Lead EAM / IAM teams across areas incl. motivation/coaching and definition of deployment model.
- Support UK WT Business Manager to achieve key business goals
- Increase sales at existing customers and develop new customers and markets.
- Develop business plans and drive implementation.
- Work closely with technical sales teams and product management to develop new business.
- Ensure sales process efficiency.
You should have experience in:
- Managing a sales team : Ability to lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve individual goals and collective targets
- Develop sales plans : Experience of creating sales strategies to deliver business goals
- Training & Development : Support and train sales team to develop their skills and performance
- Setting and delivering sales targets : Proven track record of achieving sales goals through successful management
- Building Key Relationships : coordinating with internal and external customers through development of strong relationships
