About the role
Drive top line growth by managing customer relationships (incl. regional key accounts) and sales execution across entire focus industry within region.
Your responsibilities:
- Drive sales and create commercial projects by managing, coaching and leading EMEA North Key Account Manager team.
- Nurture and develop key customer relationships and pipeline, incl. regional Key Accounts and European Key Accounts to achieve our budgeted targets.
- Collaborate with Business Managers and Sales Managers across EMEA North to drive strategies and instigate commercial projects.
- Identify high-potential new customers to bring into the Key Account portfolio.
- Develop business plans and drive implementation.
- Ensure sales process efficiency.
- Manage the Key Account Admin team and the effective management of commercial admin related processes and departmental requirements.
- Present to the Exec and Senior leadership on growth strategies.
- Positively influence and be visible across multiple stakeholders (Such as Legal, Compliance, Sustainability, Operations etc).
