This is a great opportunity for a Science/Chemistry graduate and or someone with science industry experience looking to develop both a compliance and commercial focused career in a company that’s really going places. Head Office based, you’ll enjoy a broad-based role offering increasing responsibility - providing a centralised service to internal and external customers alike supporting the Brenntag UK and Ireland network.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with and responding to a variety of technical and compliance enquiries from customers, depots and head office colleagues.
- Compiling and completing customer/prospective customer questionnaires/portals in a timely manner, as well as updating associated documentation.
- Compilation of Safety Information including Safety Data Sheets and labels.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records and logging of technical enquiries on our database, whilst ensuring the customer remains at the heart of all we do.
- Acting as an interlink between our suppliers and customers to support commercial activity with all their technical related enquiries covering all business sectors.
- Ensuring that new products coming into the business meet all legislative and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in a science-based subject and/or with some experience in a customer facing service/support role.
- Ideally gained in a similar technical environment.
