Product Manager

Location: Leeds

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Strategy & Relationship Management: Develop and manage supplier relationships, aligning their strategy with Brenntag’s goals and deploying it across the sales organisation.
• Sales Enablement & Support: Provide documentation, training, and organisational support for customer visits and sales fairs.
• Sales Pipeline & Sampling Oversight: Track and review sales projects and sampling activities to ensure timely execution and follow‑up.
• Contract & Price Negotiation: Negotiate supply agreements and pricing terms in line with corporate objectives and maintain pricing tools.
• Product Stewardship & Compliance: Own product setup in SAP, manage complaints, ensure compliance, and maintain documentation.
• Inventory & Strategic Purchasing: Ensure optimal stock levels and working capital through strategic purchasing and material allocation.
• Market Intelligence & Global Coordination: Conduct market research to support sourcing and marketing and facilitate global/regional product group management.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management, procurement, or supplier relations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
