The Customer Service Advisor is the first point of contact for customers, responsible for handling incoming enquiries and processing sales orders with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a professional approach at all times, ensuring a high standard of customer service across both phone and email communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner

Location: Towcester – Office based.

Hours: Monday to Thursday - 08.30am – 5.00pm. Friday 08.30am – 4.30pm.

Hybrid: Once probation is completed, one day working from home.
