About the role
To provide excellent customer service to all internal (depots) and external customers for the AdBlue business.
Responsibilities
- Follow up and respond to customer service calls ensuring the customers interactions with Brenntag are positive and leaves them satisfied
- Validate and process orders received via telephone & email in a timely manner
- Generate return authorisation numbers for the subsequent return of empty AdBlue packaging for credit and process them onto the system
- Closely manage and update system data e.g. price amendments, lead times and customer information
- Confirm AdBlue deliveries to generate invoices
- Set up new customer accounts
- Work with Head Office to process supplier invoices & credits
- Work with depot transport to expedite deliveries as required by the customer
- Liaise with all commercial / sales staff to maximise sales opportunities and to ensure customer requirements are met
- Undertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the appropriate line managers from time to time, related to the effective and efficient performance of the job
Qualifications / Skills
- Customer service experience within a fast-moving business
- SAP or equivalent order processing system
- Competent IT skills: Microsoft Office suite, email, Word, Excel, etc.
