Your Role
In this Customer Service role, you support all selling functions across different industries. You are responsible for processing customer orders from start to finish – including order entry, invoicing, and subsequent follow-up – ensuring a smooth and reliable service experience.
Key tasks:
- Support internal and external Account Managers across all product lines
- Enter orders accurately and ensure correct invoicing
- Follow up on orders, payments, and any open issues
- Daily interaction with customers as part of regular tasks, including clarifications and follow-up
- Work closely with Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Logistics
Important notice: This position is not a remote role and is offered as a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
