We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the UK&I, working in the Water Treatment market sector by managing the dedicated WT Sales Team.

Duties:

  • Lead EAM / IAM teams across areas including motivation/coaching and definition of deployment model.
  • Support UK WT Business Manager to achieve key business goals.
  • Increase sales at existing customers and develop new customers and markets.
  • Develop business plans and drive implementation.
  • Work closely with technical sales teams and product management to develop new business.
  • Ensure sales process efficiency.

Skills:

  • Managing a sales team: Ability to lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve individual goals and collective targets.
  • Develop sales plans: Experience of creating sales strategies to deliver business goals.
  • Training & Development: Support and train sales team to develop their skills and performance.
  • Setting and delivering sales targets: Proven track record of achieving sales goals through successful management.
  • Building Key Relationships: Coordinating with internal and external customers through development of strong relationships.

Experience in the Water Treatment industry is desirable but not essential.
