£1000 Joining Bonus for Night Shift Team Leaders — Apply Today. We’re recruiting Night Shift Team Leaders — and for a limited time, we’re offering a £1000 Joining Bonus to external candidates joining our teams at Otterbourne Hill or St Giles View. You’ll receive £500 in your first payroll after joining, and a further £500 once you pass probation, recognising both your commitment and your contribution to stable night‑time leadership. What You’ll Do
  • Lead and coordinate the night care team
  • Oversee personal and psychological care, ensuring consistency and compassion
  • Support care planning and resident assessments
  • Carry out clinical observations and refer appropriately to registered nurses
  • Administer medication under a delegation model
  • Supervise and coach team members through 1:1s and development planning
