Are you an experienced Care Assistant with an NVQ Level 3 looking to take the next step into leadership? At Brendoncare, we’re passionate about developing future leaders who deliver exceptional, person‑centred care. Our 6‑month Fast‑Track Team Leader Pathway offers a structured and fully supported route into leadership—helping you grow your skills, confidence, and career.

What the Fast‑Track Programme Offers:
- A structured 6‑month leadership development pathway
- Hands-on experience in team coordination and supervision
- Fully funded training aligned with CQC Well-Led standards including CHAPS (Care Home Assistant Practitioner Skills) training.
- Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback
- A clear pathway into a Team Leader position, with appointment made as soon as a suitable vacancy becomes available upon programme completion

Your Experience:- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
