Are you an experienced Care Assistant with an NVQ Level 3 looking to take the next step into leadership? At Brendoncare, we’re passionate about developing future leaders who deliver exceptional, person‑centred care. Our 6‑month Fast‑Track Team Leader Pathway offers a structured and fully supported route into leadership—helping you grow your skills, confidence, and career.

What the Fast‑Track Programme Offers:

  • A clear pathway into a Team Leader position, with appointment made as soon as a suitable vacancy becomes available upon programme completion

What We’re Looking For:

Your Experience:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • Experience working as a Care Assistant in Adult Social Care
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care
