The Brendoncare Foundation is looking for Senior Care Assistants to join our team.
Our Senior Care Assistants display an undeniable drive to provide person-centred care for our residents. We are seeking individuals who share our passion for providing the best possible care while advocating for the dignity of our residents. Key qualities we look for include:

We would love you to be NVQ/QCF 3 qualified in Health & Social Care and have some experience working as a Senior Care Assistant. It is essential that you share our values of kindness, dedication, empowerment, and forward-thinking.
What will I be doing?
- Leading care teams
- Medication administration
- Supporting and training new care staff
- Support with personal care, activities, physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing
- Undertaking one-to-ones, PDRs, and development reviews with designated care staff
- Facilitating communication between households and departments
