Brendoncare is recruiting a Clinical Deputy Manager for our Stildon home near East Grinstead.
You will lead nursing practice, support registered nurses, and deputise for the manager when required.
This is a hands-on clinical leadership role with a strong focus on governance and resident care.
Ideal candidates will have current NMC registration, at least 2 years’ post-graduate experience, and a minimum of 12 months in a senior care-home role, plus dementia-care experience.
