We’re recruiting Care Team Leaders – Nights to guide our night teams, uphold excellent standards, and ensure residents receive safe, person‑centred support throughout the night.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and coordinate the night care team
  • Oversee personal and psychological care, ensuring consistency and compassion
  • Support care planning and resident assessments
  • Carry out clinical observations and refer appropriately to registered nurses
  • Administer medication under a delegation model
  • Supervise and coach team members through 1:1s and development planning
About You
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experienced in supervising or leading staff in a residential or nursing home
  • Calm, confident, and passionate about person-centred care
  • Comfortable with medication administration and digital care systems
  • Eager to build your career, including through funded CHaPs training
