We’re recruiting Care Team Leaders – Nights to guide our night teams, uphold excellent standards, and ensure residents receive safe, person‑centred support throughout the night.

What You’ll Do- Lead and coordinate the night care team
- Oversee personal and psychological care, ensuring consistency and compassion
- Support care planning and resident assessments
- Carry out clinical observations and refer appropriately to registered nurses
- Administer medication under a delegation model
- Supervise and coach team members through 1:1s and development planning
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
- Experienced in supervising or leading staff in a residential or nursing home
- Calm, confident, and passionate about person-centred care
- Comfortable with medication administration and digital care systems
- Eager to build your career, including through funded CHaPs training
