About the Role

As we continue to evolve our operating model, we are embarking on a key strategic project to strengthen workforce consistency, improve recruitment effectiveness, and enhance our employer brand to ensure we attract and retain exceptional colleagues across all services.

This 18‑month project role will develop and deliver an attraction strategy, refresh our employer brand, and undertake a full review and optimisation of our recruitment processes and attraction. In parallel it will lead the design and implementation of a pilot to centralise the Brendoncare.
