£13.38 per hour (£13.72 with NVQ2). An additional 10% will be paid for weekend shifts as a premium uplift.

What will I be doing?
- Acting as a key worker to some residents, and ensuring care plans are up to date and accurate;
- Providing personal care to the residents, ensuring dignity and respect are maintained at all times;
- Supporting new members of the team and providing constructive feedback;
- Encouraging independence as much as possible.
- On occasion you may be required to provide care to residents living in the Care Home.

What is Brendoncare Otterbourne Hill like?
Brendoncare Otterbourne Hill is a modern care home in Hampshire, nestled in the village of Otterbourne. The residential home provides both dementia and nursing care for up to 64 residents in a family-like environment, filled with opportunities for friendship and a sense of community. For a home-from-home feel, Otterbourne Hill is divided into smaller households of 16 bedrooms. Our experience over the last 35 years has shown that these smaller households create a lovely family-like atmosphere. At Otterbourne Hill, each household includes a selection of communal areas and facilities where you can socialise with other residents. There are also other spaces for quieter occupations and tranquillity. The layout of the households has been specifically designed to help people find their way around easily. Outside, the gardens and terraces are a real feature. Located within the care home, Otterbourne Mews comprises 15 two-bedroom and five one-bedroom apartments. Our shared care approach ensures that couples can remain together in later life even when needs vary.
