We’re recruiting a Domiciliary Care Registered Manager to lead and develop our extra care and community‑based services. Reporting to the Head of Care Services, you’ll take full responsibility for operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the strategic growth of domiciliary care across our local communities.

This role sits at the heart of Brendoncare’s commitment to integrated care. You’ll work collaboratively across our care homes, primarily from Knightwood while supporting mews apartment services in Alton, Knightwood, Stildon, Otterbourne, and The Old Parsonage, ensuring continuity of care, reducing social isolation, and promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing for the people we support in their own homes.

Within this role you will be growing and developing our Domiciliary care sector and help shape the future of care at Brendoncare!

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Requirements

This role is ideal if you are:

  • Experienced Registered Manager with a strong background in domiciliary or community‑based care
  • Have an excellent working knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Knightwood care home in Chandlers Ford and be willing to travel across services in Hampshire and West Sussex
  • Are a confident, visible leader who inspires, supports, and develops high‑performing teams
  • Bring proven experience in growing or developing services, including service improvement and expansion
  • Enjoy building strong relationships with professionals, partners, and the wider community
  • Are highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and are happy working across community sites

Desirable:

  • Understanding of the local health and social care landscape
  • Experience in business development, tenders, or community engagement

As the Domiciliary care Registered Manager, you’ll lead on compliance, quality assurance, safeguarding, workforce development, and service growth. You’ll develop your leadership team, oversee rotas and resources, manage budgets, and ensure the service consistently delivers safe, person‑centred care aligned with Brendoncare values.
