Brendoncare Foundation seeks a proactive Domiciliary Care Team Leader to guide extra care and community services across Knightwood and surrounding areas. You will report to the Domiciliary Care Registered Manager and drive compliance, quality, and growth in community settings.
You will lead care teams, coordinate rosters, mentor staff, and liaise with GPs, social workers and families to ensure safe, person-centred care for older adults in their own homes.
