We’re recruiting Care Team Leaders – Nights to guide our night teams, uphold excellent standards, and ensure residents receive safe, person‑centred support throughout the night. What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate the night care team.
- Oversee personal and psychological care, ensuring consistency and compassion.
- Support care planning and resident assessments.
- Carry out clinical observations and refer appropriately to registered nurses.
- Administer medication under a delegation model.
- Supervise and coach team members through 1:1s and development planning.
About You
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
- Experienced in supervising or leading staff in a residential or nursing home.
- Calm, confident, and passionate about person‑centred care.
- Comfortable with medication administration and digital care systems.
- Eager to build your career, including through funded CHaPs training.
