The predicted salary is between 13.38 - 13.38 £ per hour.
Otterbourne Hill (near Winchester, near Eastleigh) £13.38 per hour (£13.72 with NVQ2). An additional 10% will be paid for weekend shifts as a premium uplift.

What will I be doing?
- Acting as a key worker to some residents, and ensuring care plans are up to date and accurate.
- Providing personal care to the residents, ensuring dignity and respect are maintained at all times.
- Supporting new members of the team and providing constructive feedback.
- Encouraging independence as much as possible.
- On occasion you may be required to provide care to residents living in the Care Home.
