Care Assistant - Days
Location: Alton, Hampshire
Salary: £12.80 per hour (£13.13 with NVQ2)
Additional 10% paid for night shifts and weekend shifts as a premium uplift.

About the role
Being a Care Assistant isn't something you do, it's something you are, whether you have experience in care or not. Making a difference comes naturally. It's going out of your way to brighten someone's day, and making sure that absolutely everyone gets looked after the way you would like a loved one to be looked after. It is caring about the personal touches, from how your resident would like their tea to how they would like you to help them dress or what hobbies and interests they have that they would like to continue or even helping them to learn new ones.

The pay and benefits
We pay a starting salary of £12.80 per hour. If you hold an NVQ2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care, or achieve this with us, we will increase this to £13.13 per hour. Full time and part time arrangements are available.
