Brendoncare FroxField provides 44 purpose built residential, nursing and dementia bedrooms, as well as a restaurant, hair salon and community spaces. This home has a large garden that also features a pergola, dementia friendly sensory garden, potting shed and patio spaces.

We are seeking Senior Care Assistants who share our passion for providing the best possible care for our residents whilst advocating for their dignity at all times. Someone who can demonstrate professionalism with energy in every aspect of the role and a commitment to ensuring our residents are able to continue to live their best life.
Whilst wanting to work alongside our fantastic team; possessing good communication skills, being reliable and able to adapt to the needs of each resident in your care are just some of the key qualities we look for in our colleagues. We need you to be like minded in this approach, valuing the small things which are important to each of our residents and their families.
We’d love you to be NVQ/QCF 3 qualified in Health & Social Care and have had some experience working as a Senior Care Assistant. The key to us is that you share our values of kindness, dedication, empowerment and forward-thinking.
What will I be doing?
- Leading care teams
- Medication administration
- Supporting and training new care staff
- Support with personal care, activities, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing
- Undertake one to one\’s, PDR\’s and development reviews with designated care staff
- Facilitate communication between households and departments
