Overview
We are looking for someone to join our night team at the Carlyon Bay Hotel. This is a permanent, full-time position working 42.5 hours per week.
Hours and schedule: 5 fixed shifts per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Shifts are either 22:00–06:30 or 23:00–07:30.
Rate of pay: £12.46 per hour.
What you will be doing
- Responsible for hotel safety including extensive security and lock checks.
- Provide room service to all guests.
- Provide check-in and check-out services.
- Clean public areas and cater to guests’ needs during the shift.
- Deal with internal and external calls in an expeditious manner and record/pass on messages.
- Understand and comply with company policy on HASAWA, fire precautions, legal requirements, and perform other tasks as required.
- Prepare the Front of House area for the following day.
