Chef de Partie
Location: The Royal Duchy Hotel, Cliff Road, Falmouth, TR11 4NX
Salary: Up to £13.00 per hour
Hours per week: 48 hours

What I’ll be doing
- Perform tasks and follow instructions given by Head/Senior Chef.
- Maintain kitchen station and equipment throughout the shift.
- Order quality fresh and frozen food for daily and specific needs.
- Complete requisitions and keep stocktake records.
- Store deliveries correctly and on time while acting as keeper of keys.
- Maintain hygienic condition of station and utensils.
- Prepare and envision varying menus, including daily changes.
- Deliver speedy service while ensuring quality and presentation of food.
- Control portions to minimise waste.
- Understand and comply with company policy on HASAWA, HACCP, fire precautions, and other legal requirements.
- Establish relationships with kitchen staff and other hotel staff to assist in the delivery of service to customers.
- Work in other Brend establishments as needed to expand knowledge of varying kitchens and dishes.
