Salary: Up to £12.21 per hour
Hotel: Carlyon Bay Hotel

This is a permanent part time role, not seasonal. Shifts are 7:30am – 12:00pm and occasionally 6:30am – 12:00pm to set up and serve breakfast for guests.
You must be fully flexible and able to work 5 days out of 7 each week, especially at weekends.
What will I be doing?
As Waiting Staff at the Carlyon Bay Hotel, you are responsible for working in all areas of food and beverage, delivering excellent customer service to all guests and non-residents. Waiting Staff will take and deliver customer orders and work to achieve departmental targets. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Prepare station for service, stocking condiments and linen and servicing available cutlery.
- Welcome customers, issue menus, and record customers’ orders with other team members.
- Serve food and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Clear and relay tables as necessary.
- Participate in the cleaning of the Restaurant alongside other Waiting Staff.
- Understand and comply with company policy on HASAWA, fire precautions, legal requirements, and perform any other tasks as required.
- Assist other departments where necessary and maintain good working relationships.
