As a Kitchen Porter, you will assist the Kitchen team in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen by maintaining clean workstations and equipment throughout the kitchen environment. You will work for Brend Collection and receive competitive pay, opportunities for progression, a share of staff tips, staff discounts at Brend Hotels and paid holidays. Responsibilities
- Adhere to the cleaning schedule, cleaning floors and walls regularly and efficiently.
- Clean and dry crockery, cutlery, trays, sinks, food mixers, fridges, freezers, pots, pans, grills, fryers, stoves, extractor hoods and worktops.
- Ensure machines are in good working order, reporting issues as soon as they arise.
- Ensure deliveries are stored in the correct locations in a timely manner.
- Dispose of food waste in the correct manner.
- Understand and comply with company policy on HASAWA, fire precautions, legal requirements, and perform any other tasks that may be required from time to time.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
