What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years’ experience in construction recruitment
- Proven track record in 360 recruitment – from BD to placement
- Background in an external recruitment agency is essential
- Confidence to build and manage your own desk
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- A self-motivated, ambitious mindset with a desire to grow with the company
- Someone who has the ability to exceed reasonable targets on an ongoing basis.
What You’ll Do:
- Run a full 360 recruitment desk within the construction industry
- Win and develop new business across the UK market

- Deliver consistently against targets with autonomy and ownership
