I’m working with a leading construction company, widely recognised as one of the best employers in the UK. With over 60 years in the industry, they have built long-term client relationships and deliver projects across a variety of sectors from new builds to healthcare. They are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their close-knit Building Maintenance Services team.
The Role
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in delivering competitive and accurate tenders for projects valued up to £10m. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the tendering process, including design & build projects
- Preparing subcontractor and material enquiries
- Producing budgets, estimates, and cost plans
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- HNC, diploma, or degree in a relevant subject (desirable but not essential)
- Strong background in building, with excellent knowledge of refurbishment and new-build construction
- Proven experience procuring both small and large subcontract packages
- Solid understanding of CDM Regulations 2015
