Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly and quarterly budgets and KPI’s goals through proactive selling, upselling, and cross‑selling techniques.
- Put forward marketing initiatives for the boutique to drive awareness, footfall, and sales to the Boutique Manager.
- Be presentable, in line with company guidelines, on the shop floor and when representing the brand.

Working Environment
- Standard weekly working hours are 40, Monday - Friday.
- REX opening hours are: Monday- Friday 10am-6pm.
- National travel is required.
