Join Bremont Watch Company as a Sales Associate to provide premium customer experiences and drive sales of our luxury timepieces.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through proactive selling, upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
  • Develop and implement boutique marketing initiatives to increase awareness, footfall and sales.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in line with company guidelines and enhance the brand's image.
  • Proactively recruit new clientele and build relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide product knowledge and make product recommendations to customers.
  • Deliver first‑class customer service and after‑sales support to increase loyalty.
  • Respond to live chats daily in line with company expectations.
  • Use excellent written communication skills for all client and internal correspondence.
  • Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, and provide support at other boutiques when required.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, meet and greet guests, and create opportunities to build client relationships.
  • Receive and distribute service/repair watches and liaise with Customer Service to ensure a smooth process.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards within the boutique environment.
  • Participate in in‑store events, trunk shows and promotional activities to generate excitement.
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism and find solutions to maintain satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and industry news to inform interactions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhere to store policies, procedures and legal requirements, including returns and counterfeit detection.
  • Ensure store security and prevent theft or fraud.
  • Comply with GDPR data protection requirements and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations.

Working Environment

  • Standard weekly hours: 32.
  • Shop opening hours: 10 am – 5 pm Monday‑Saturday; 11 am – 4 pm Sunday.
