KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for managing and optimising Bremont's ecommerce platform, ensuring seamless user experiences, efficient website functionality, and alignment with the brand's strategic objectives. Reporting to the Head of Digital, this role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the performance of bremont.com across all locales, driving growth, and supporting key CRM and digital initiatives. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee daily operations of the website while contributing to longer-term projects to improve UX, website functionality, and online performance. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external teams, including developers, marketers, and third-party vendors, to deliver impactful website and email projects that align with the brand’s growth strategy and budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Website Management: Manage the daily operations of bremont.com including building, maintaining, and optimising product pages, collection pages, campaign pages, and other landing pages to support marketing and sales objectives.
- Performance Optimisation: Manage and optimise D2C/cart functionality, on-site search, and customer.
