Overview
KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic individual to implement and drive the Global Marketing strategy, leading marketing planning and execution, cadence, strategy and development, being a key player in the next stage of the brand’s global development to achieve our ambitious growth plans. The Head of Marketing will oversee our Brand and Channel marketing activities within Bremont, managing the budget, setting goals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across our media landscape and commercial channel, under the guidance of the Chief Marketing Officer. We are looking for a talented marketeer with a strong consumer centric nature, who can inspire team members and drive success, managing a talented team responsible for 4 sub functions; Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Social Media & Partnerships / Ambassadors. The role requires a driven and highly competent senior marketeer who has a deep understanding of the luxury industry and has their finger on the pulse when it comes to future trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Marketing strategy for our brand and channel business.
- Develop the Bremont brand and ensure its consistent expression across different channels.
- Set and manage the marketing calendar and regional plans in conjunction with the CMO.
- Lead the Marketing team working alongside in-house creative, PR, and digital marketing capability.
- Bring thought-leadership and executional excellence to innovative and disruptive brand activities, raising total brand awareness, consideration and accelerating conversion whilst creating memorable brand moments; challenging the status quo by identifying best practices across the industry and opportunities to increase Bremont’s share of voice.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of retailer marketing plans across the globe, working closely with the commercial team and engaging retail partners to secure exceptional marketing support, executed with flawless attention to detail.
- Develop metrics and KPIs and measure performance against them.
- Identify, negotiate, and activate sponsorship and partnership activity.
- Gate keeper of the marketing budget, responsible for demonstrating high attention to detail when budget planning and phasing.
- Responsible for fuelling a motivated team & culture within our small yet growing team but also within the wider business.
- Your role is dependent on building long lasting, autonomous & trusting relationships across all internal areas with special focus to all global & regional leads but also with our key external stakeholders.
Person Specification
- Previous experience at Head of Marketing or Director level in the Luxury industry or leading marketing campaigns for luxury clients at Marketing Services agencies.
- Entrepreneurial. Resilient. Flexible. Agile.
- Demonstrate a contemporary marketing approach and understand content led marketing.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to influence and manage key players.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (desirable).
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint): Proficient and up-to-date level.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to operate at a senior level.

Working Environment
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- Based at HQ in Henley-on-Thames.
- Probation period 4 months.
- Notice period – 2 months.
