Head of Finance

The Head of Finance at Bremont will take the lead in ensuring the maintenance of effective financial compliance, reporting and communication, providing accurate and timely management information to support strategic decision making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consolidate departmental budgets and present a group budget to the CFO
• Review and present a comprehensive and analytical monthly management accounts pack
• Active member of the Senior Leadership team providing informative reporting to assist the business reach its goals
• Conduct risk management and implement recommendations to mitigate
• Supervision of the Finance team
• Allocate resources and manage cash flows
• Conduct profit and cost analyses
• Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
• Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
• Recommend cost-reducing solutions
• Evaluate Investment opportunities and report to the Executive Board.

Qualifications:

• Must be ACA or ACCA qualified (or hold a similar professional qualification).
