KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Ecommerce Trading Manager is responsible for driving global online performance across Bremont’s direct-to-consumer channel and supporting the growth of ecommerce partners. Reporting to the CCO, the role focuses on digital trading strategy, performance optimisation and brand consistency online.
While commercial negotiations with e-partners are owned by Area Managers, the Ecommerce Trading Manager plays a critical role in defining digital best practice and supporting the wholesale team with performance insights and optimisation strategies. The role also collaborates closely with Retail to develop a seamless omnichannel clienteling strategy, ensuring integration between online and boutique experiences. This position acts as the commercial bridge between the CCO’s organisation and the CMO’s Digital Marketing and CRM team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ecommerce trading & performance
- Own global DTC e-commerce revenue performance and KPIs.
- Define and execute the online trading calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns.
- Optimise conversion rate, average order value, product merchandising, and on-site performance.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting to the CCO with actionable insights.
- Partner with Digital Marketing to align traffic-driving initiatives with commercial priorities.
- Work with CRM to enhance retention, customer lifetime value, and lifecycle performance.
- E-Partner Performance Support (Wholesale E-Commerce)
- Support Area Managers and Wholesale marketing team in improving the online performance of authorised e-partners.
- Ensure that the digital brand guidelines and graphic chart for online partner environments are respected to ensure consistency with Bremont’s premium positioning.
- Provide performance analysis and benchmarking across partners (sell-through, visibility, conversion trends where available).
- Recommend assortment optimisation, content improvements, and digital best practices.
- Collaborate with partners on digital activation initiatives in alignment with the global trading calendar.
- Act as internal advisor on digital opportunities within wholesale accounts with wholesale marketing team.
- Omnichannel & Retail Collaboration
- Partner with Retail to develop and optimise an omnichannel clienteling strategy.
- Support implementation and optimisation of services such as BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up in-store) and other click-and-collect initiatives.
- Develop processes to enable cross-channel selling, stock visibility, and in-store order support.
- Align with the CRM Lead and boutique teams to enhance personalised client engagement.
- Contribute to tools and reporting that connect online browsing behaviour with in-store follow-up.
- In collaboration with Marketing, work on initiatives that increase footfall, conversion, and customer lifetime value across channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Digital Marketing (owner of website UX, content, and digital acquisition) to ensure seamless execution of trading priorities.
- Partner with CRM Lead to align segmentation, automation, and loyalty initiatives with revenue targets.
- Coordinate with Commercial operations and Finance for forecasting, stock allocation, and margin optimisation.
- Ensure strong alignment between Commercial and Marketing functions to drive profitable growth.
- Customer Experience & Brand Consistency
- Champion a luxury, seamless, and brand-consistent online experience across DTC and partner channels.
- Identify opportunities to enhance UX and customer journey performance.
- Ensure visual and merchandising standards reflect Bremont’s premium brand identity.

CANDIDATE PROFILE & LEADERSHIP
- Significant experience in e-commerce, digital trading, or online commercial roles.
- Experience in luxury, premium, watch, jewellery, or high-end consumer goods preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with strong expertise with Google Analytics working closely with Marketing to analyse traffic, funnel performance, attribution modelling, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience developing omnichannel strategies (e.g., BOPIS, clienteling integration, cross-channel inventory visibility).
- Ability to extract insights from data and translate them into clear commercial action plans.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify desirable).
- Familiarity with reporting dashboards and performance tracking tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI or similar).
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally between Commercial & Marketing teams.
- Understanding of wholesale distribution and partner ecosystems is a plus.
