KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Flagship Boutique is often the first and most impactful point of contact for many customers. As such, the sales associate plays a critical role in shaping perceptions, fostering loyalty, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a lasting impression. The associate will strive to deliver exceptional customer experience, uphold the standards of our boutique, and maintain a sales-driven mindset. This role is pivotal in building long-term relationships with clients and includes hosting tours for a compelling experience through our facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering exceptional service, offering personalised, knowledgeable and attentive service that enhances customer shopping experience.
  • Cultivating client relationships by building trust and loyalty through genuine engagement.
  • Showcasing brand expertise, demonstrating a deep understanding of our watches, heritage and craftsmanship.
  • Driving boutique excellence by maintaining visual merchandising standards and supporting the broader team’s success.
  • Representing our values, embodying professionalism and pride in the brand.
  • Delivering a compelling tour experience, guiding visitors through our facilities with enthusiasm and expertise.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • An infectious passion for luxury and craftsmanship, with a genuine interest in fine watchmaking and luxury goods (no previous watch experience required).
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
  • Exceptional listening skills to understand and respond to unique client needs.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Confidence in identifying opportunities, handling objections and closing sales professionally.
  • Customer-centric attitude, with the ability to create meaningful experiences for clients and tour attendees.
  • Attention to detail and professionalism in maintaining the visual presentation of the boutique.
  • Punctuality, reliability and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices, Excel and Word.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, onsite working only.
  • Working in a team of 4.
  • Probation process of 4 months standard.
  • Notice period – 2 months up to 2 years service, increasing to 3 from 2 years+.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Stage 1: Telephone or video introduction with Recruiter.
  • Stage 2: Interview with the hiring manager and HR via Teams.
  • Stage 3: Interview with hiring manager and senior manager onsite.
