KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Flagship Boutique is often the first and most impactful point of contact for many customers. As such, the sales associate plays a critical role in shaping perceptions, fostering loyalty, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a lasting impression. The associate will strive to deliver exceptional customer experience, uphold the standards of our boutique, and maintain a sales-driven mindset. This role is pivotal in building long-term relationships with clients and includes hosting tours for a compelling experience through our facility.

- An infectious passion for luxury and craftsmanship, with a genuine interest in fine watchmaking and luxury goods (no previous watch experience required).

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, onsite working only.
- Working in a team of 4.
- Probation process of 4 months standard.
- Notice period β 2 months up to 2 years service, increasing to 3 from 2 years+.
