KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Commercial Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving revenue performance across Bremont’s global sales channels (Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce). The role is embedded directly within the Commercial team to support execution, trading decisions, and channel optimisation. The successful candidate will ensure that commercial planning and day-to-day decision-making are backed by accurate data, clear visibility, and actionable performance insight.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and analyse global sales performance at daily/weekly/monthly cadence across all channels
  • Produce commercial dashboards and trading packs highlighting best/worst performers, sell-through rates, and conversion trends
  • Track inventory, stock rotation and sell-through to guide commercial decisions on replenishment
  • Contribute to sales budgeting and reforecasting in collaboration with the wider commercial team and Finance
  • Support new product launch performance reviews on limited editions and on core models
  • Model scenario impacts for pricing, distribution shifts, and assortment changes
  • Evaluate boutique productivity, client segmentation, and regional gaps to identify untapped sales opportunities
  • Support sales teams with territory insights and performance benchmarking
  • Partner with Marketing to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, events and activations from a sell-out perspective
  • Recommend commercial levers aligned with trading priorities
  • Ensure CRM, ERP and BI platforms hold accurate and usable commercial data
  • Build refreshable reports and tools that commercial teams can self-serve

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or similar
  • 3–5 years’ experience in commercial or sales analysis, ideally within luxury goods, premium retail, or consumer brands
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience using BI tools
  • Familiarity with retail and wholesale KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, ASP, conversion, productivity per POS)
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented with strong commercial intuition
  • Able to translate numbers into actions
  • Confident communicator who can support, challenge and influence stakeholders
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
