Project Coordinator
Salary £35k plus car allowance
As Project coordinator, you will work within a team ensuring the delivery of goods totalling £8-10 million per year in revenue.
You will be responsible for providing an end-to-end service from taking requests from customers for product or service, to co-ordinating the activities of all internal resource to deliver the customers solution on time and to expectation.
Production takes place in both the UK and Far East and shipping to Canada, Australia, Northern Europe and UK with new emerging markets every month.
Your key responsibilities will include: –
- Processing Sales orders.
- Procurement on-time.
- Detailed shipping.
- Transport requests (container loads and individual sites).
- Invoicing, individual store demands.
- Customer queries, delivery queries, invoice queries.
- Operational and customer facing.
- Chasing programs. Communicating with internal stakeholders in accounts, purchasing, supply chain and manufacturing.
To be suitable for this position you must be able to Coordinate and multitask on multiple projects, be robust, diligent, have confidence with substance and be detail originated.
Skills and Qualifications Requirements:
- Proven track record of relationship building with Customers and delivering great Customer Service
- Self-motivated, organised, calm, accurate, confident and a clear communicator.
- Ability to be proactive in identifying customer needs and delivering new business opportunities within a Key Account.
- Ability to engage internal team support (Purchasing, Engineers, Distribution, Installation etc.) to satisfy customer needs
- Computer literate with a good, demonstrated level of competence with Excel and other Microsoft packages
