Job Title: New Business Development Manager

This is a home based role, with frequent travel within the UK and Europe. You will need to visit company HQ in North Oxfordshire approximately once per month for a leadership meeting.

Role Overview:

You\’ll play a key role in expanding the organisation\’s customer base, introducing innovative oils and fats solutions, and building long-term partnerships with manufacturers, NPD teams, and key decision-makers in the bakery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth within the bakery segment, focusing on oils, fats, and related technical ingredients.
