A Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Will:
- Reactive and planned mechanical maintenance
- Fault-finding and repairs on plumbing, heating and hot water systems
- Boilers, heating, ventilation, hot & cold water servicing
- Repairs to leaks, toilets, showers, pipework and drainage
- Job reporting and materials identification
- Defect period support following project completion
- Work across commercial and residential sites including offices, schools, care homes and student accommodation
About The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
- 5+ years’ experience in mechanical maintenance or installation
- NVQ Plumbing (domestic & commercial)
- NVQ Heating & Ventilation
- Gas experience beneficial
- CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
