A Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Will:

  • Reactive and planned mechanical maintenance
  • Fault-finding and repairs on plumbing, heating and hot water systems
  • Boilers, heating, ventilation, hot & cold water servicing
  • Repairs to leaks, toilets, showers, pipework and drainage
  • Job reporting and materials identification
  • Defect period support following project completion
  • Work across commercial and residential sites including offices, schools, care homes and student accommodation

About The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

  • 5+ years’ experience in mechanical maintenance or installation
  • NVQ Plumbing (domestic & commercial)
  • NVQ Heating & Ventilation
  • Gas experience beneficial
  • CSCS card
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage your own workload
