Act as the first point of contact for maintenance enquiries, supervise contractors, and oversee reactive and proactive maintenance tasks.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities of Maintenance Supervisor:\\n\\nLead the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team.\\nManage HR processes like absence, performance, and training.\\nOversee maintenance requests via Zendesk and ensure timely completion.\\nSupervise contractors and inspect work quality.\\nSupport and maintain systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.\\nAssist with planned maintenance programmes and refurbishment projects.\\nConduct safety inspections and maintain compliance records.\\nCarry out hands-on maintenance, repairs, decorating, and minor installations.\\nTake part in the out-of-hours emergency call-out rota.\\nAct as a Fire Warden and First Aider.\\nRequirements of Maintenance Supervisor:\\n\\nGood general education; relevant H&S qualifications are a bonus.\\nWillingness to work flexible hours and join the call-out rota.\\nExperience with compliance record keeping and building inspections.\\nSolid experience in maintenance and team leadership.\\nSkilled across general trades (plumbing, electrics, carpentry).\\nStrong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.\\nConfident with IT systems (e.g., MS Office) and maintenance ticketing systems.\\nCalm, organised, and a hands-on team player.\\nINDL
