An exciting opportunity for an individual who is experienced in marketing, or someone who is keen to get into the marketing industry. You will be joining a highly reputable company within the automotive industry, with their head office being based in Warwick. This role would suit someone who is highly numerate, keen on marketing and has a high level of knowledge with Excel.
Please note this is an office based role. Working hours - Mon-Fri 08.30 am – 5.00pm.
Your role will include but not limited to:
- Price up and upload pricing to our website.
- Work with sales team to identify and price up website’s special offers.
- Build and send regular email promotions to our customer base.
- Regularly research, write and post relevant blogs on our website.
- Manage and keep relevant social media accounts up to date.
- Produce graphics using Canva or equivalent for website promotions.
- Be responsible for the overall content for our website, proactively look to identify and implement improvements to keep us relevant and user friendly.
- Assist with building customer portals.
- Liaise with suppliers to help identify marketing leading opportunities for the sales team.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with the production of management reporting.
Requirements:
- Be competent in using web-based quoting systems to produce quotations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be confident working with numbers.
- Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
- Confident in building internal relationships – Work closely with sales team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Specifically Excel with basic knowledge of formulae.
- Be able to multitask a number of jobs and deliver within set timelines.
