Ecommerce Manager – Warwickshire – £36,000–£40,000 + Performance Bonus
Our client is an award-winning, design-led lifestyle products brand based in Warwickshire, selling direct-to-consumer online and wholesale to leading retailers and concept stores across the UK and internationally.
They're looking for a commercially-minded Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of their B2C online performance and drive the next phase of digital growth.
This is an office-based position with 5 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Manager:
- Owning ecommerce revenue growth, conversion rate optimisation and average order value across the company website
- Planning and running performance marketing across Google Ads, paid social, SEO and email
- Managing and optimising listings across Amazon and other marketplaces
- Turning data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Supporting the wholesale team with digital initiatives and consistent brand presentation
What we're looking for:
- Proven ecommerce or digital marketing experience in a commercial role
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels
- Confidence with ecommerce platforms (Shopify experience a bonus)
- A proactive, data-driven, hands-on approach
