Digital Marketing Manager

The role of Digital Marketing Manager owns and drive the company’s digital footprint across the group and lead with digital expertise to spearhead high-impact initiatives, leveraging SEO, AI search optimisation (AIO), and paid media to drive customer acquisition. This is a predominantly remote role but you would be required to attend meetings 1-2 times per month in either Crewe, Coventry or Nuneaton. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll own and drive digital marketing strategies across the organisation’s digital footprint to support our growth objectives and marketing campaigns. You will lead with digital expertise and spearhead high-impact initiatives, leveraging SEO, AI search optimisation (AIO), and paid media to drive customer acquisition. You will develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies designed to drive measurable customer acquisition and brand equity. You will own user funnels, martech integration, and visualise campaign ROI. This is a varied role which will drive best practice across our digital marketing campaigns and enhance our online presence.
