The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in the implementation of Sage Intacct, transitioning from Xero, and will oversee the daily operations of the finance team. This role is based at company headquarters near Banbury, with occasional travel to the manufacturing site within 10 miles of HQ. Key Responsibilities Team Management – Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance team, ensuring efficient workflow and accurate financial reporting. Monthly Management Reporting – Prepare and present monthly management accounts and reports to senior management.
