Role Description
This is a Hybrid role for a Cladding Designer or Senior cladding designer located in Greenwich, London. Construction sites will mainly be inside of M25 belt Area. The Cladding Designer will be responsible for designing and specifying cladding solutions for commercial and public sector projects. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients to create innovative and sustainable cladding designs. You will need to visit Site at least once a week.
Qualifications
- 4-10 years experience in cladding design and specification
- Knowledge of sustainable and innovative cladding solutions
- Ability to collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients
- Strong understanding of construction materials and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Curtain Wall industry is a plus
- Must speak English fluently
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction
